Summary:

 

Contribute to Hollister’s growth, profitability, and continuity by supporting the development and commercialization of new products, technology, and equipment.  Support project teams for new product launches and changes to existing products.  Support global manufacturing through process optimization.  Support business unit and departmental continuous improvement objectives. Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Apply basic knowledge under supervision, on concepts, principles and technical capabilities for projects of limited scope and complexity.
  • Support cross-functional projects for new product commercialization and changes to existing products.
  • Establish and manage commercial engineering project schedules.
  • Develop and validate manufacturing processes through laboratory test equipment.
  • Write and coordinate technical documentation, including protocols, reports, procedures, specifications, work instructions, and original data.
  • Conduct laboratory testing.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 0-2 years overall experience
  • Technical writing
  • Design of experiment
  • Familiar with ISO 11607, MDR, UDI, GS1, ASTM D10 and F02, ISTA
  • Familiar with Qumas, SAP, PXSmartPrint, Loftware, Veeva, CAPE, TOPS, JMP, Minitab, Microscan
  • Junior, Senior, or graduate student. 
  • Fluent in English
  • Regular attendance is expected of all associates. Reliable transportation to Hollister’s Libertyville headquarters is required.
