Responsibilities

  • Operating and troubleshooting SFDC, conducting training, and participating in projects.
  • Creating and updating KPI reports, dashboards, and providing them to the sales team.
  • Extracting data from systems and creating non-standard reports.
  • Managing master data and various system configurations during organizational changes or reassignments.
  • Optimizing the process of creating estimates for agencies.
  • Visualizing sample supply status and formulating guidelines.
  • Processing, summarizing, and analyzing data related to sales information.
  • Aligning with global initiatives and participating in projects

 

Work Experience Requirements

  • Candidates with at least 3 years of professional experience and minimal job changes (ideally 0 to 1 job changes), along with experience in sales or sales strategy, planning, or management, are preferred.

 

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:

 

  • Proven track record in sales support roles or similar administrative positions.
  • Experience in independently managing data, creating reports, and handling system administration tasks.
  • Experience in smooth communication with internal departments and external parties.
  • Experience in sales strategy and planning departments in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as experience in SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness).
  • Experience in data management, analysis, utilization of sales tools, and system management.

 

Education Requirements

Holds a minimum education level of a college (a degree in a related field preferred)

The candidate should meet one or more of the following specialized knowledge requirements:

 

  • Knowledge of the medical industry and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of sales strategy planning and execution.
  • Experience in CRM management (SFDC preferred).
  • Basic understanding of data and systems.
  • Familiarity with office automation and process automation.
  • Understanding of data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BI (Business Intelligence), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and CRM software.
  • Experience in process analysis, standardization, and documentation.

 

Local Specifications

  • Fluent Japanese (Native level)
  • Minimum proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 550 or above).

Base salary + Bonus (March)
