Summary
Ensure the quality inspection of products and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and fulfill customer needs and expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand specifications and drawings.
  • Read a ruler in 1/64” increments, match numbers on certificates and products, and accurately measure and record those measurements.
  • Maintain neat, readable handwriting.
  • Read and understand manufacturing instructions.  
  • Be mobile and able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Be motivated and able to function independently and in a team environment.
  • Perform inspections with minimal assistance after initial training.
  • Possess a strong, basic mathematical aptitude.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills/Qualification/Requirement:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and write at a 12th grade level.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • 20/20 vision (natural or corrected).
  • Good eye/hand coordination.
  • Ability to listen and follow directions.
  • Positive personality, able to work well alone or with others.
  • Punctuality.
  • Good work history.
  • Must pass math test.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
