Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the validation team, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Oversee resources to ensure effective implementation of team goals and tasks
  • Serve as a Quality Resource for new product development and ongoing product improvement initiatives
  • Participate in both external and internal audits, including vendor audits
  • Lead investigations and implement solutions for assigned Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
  • Participate in the disposition process for non-conforming materials as needed
  • Plan, execute, and document studies for process capability, validation, and improvement
  • Act as a Quality Resource for Change Control Requests and conduct relevant training sessions
  • Collaborate with Value Stream Process Engineers to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Manage test equipment and measures used by the team

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of overall work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering or equivalent field with a Master’s degree, or 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Computer Science (IT), or related field required. Master’s Degree is preferred
  • Supervisory experience with excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO, and FDA Regulations
  • Familiarity with "Lean" and "Six Sigma Black Belt" methodologies preferred
  • Proficient in technical writing with meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access, and Excel)
  • Proficiency in both English and Lithuanian languages required

Salary:

2800-3600 Euros gross.
