Responsibilities:

 

  • Project Management: Lead projects to achieve established timelines, budgets, and deliverables, including cost savings initiatives, New Product Development (NPD), and process improvements
  • Change Control Management: Manage process change projects through the Change Control (CC) process
  • Quality Assurance Collaboration: Collaborate with Quality Engineers to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO)
  • Capital Project Management: Manage capital projects and request capital using standard project management techniques and the Authorization For Expenditure (AFE) process
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, reducing production costs and enhancing efficiency through data analysis
  • Safety and Maintenance Support: Ensure safety and minimize machine downtime through safety measures, root cause analysis, and support for the Maintenance team
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to enhance mechanic skills
  • Communication: Communicate project status to stakeholders through various channels
  • Collaboration: Interact with internal support groups and external suppliers for project execution
  • Technology Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement new technology into manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • 7 – 10  years’ of professional experience in Project, Process Engineering area, coming from manufacturing background (food, pharma, medical device, biotech or similar)
  • Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanic, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic
  • Technical knowledge/practical experience in PLC systems, Pneumatics, 2/3D CAD, Lean Manufacturing principles (SMED and DMAIC techniques), Occupational Health & Safety area, Project Management (would be an asset)
  • Good analytical and problem solving, project management and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive/tolerant attitude to successfully interact with colleagues
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian languages skills

Salary

3100-4400 €/mon. gross
From 3100 euros gross (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
