Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and procedures for continuous improvement

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to enhance quality standards and reduce customer complaints

• Provide leadership in change management and contribute to strategic planning

• Lead projects for continuous quality improvement

• Oversee customer complaints, nonconformities, and CAPA processes

• Guide IT solutions to enhance quality systems

• Manage product verification, validation, and distribution processes

• Ensure employee training and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Act as liaison with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with QMS procedures.

Requirements:

• 8 years of overall experience, minimum 5 years of experience in an ISO and/or FDA Regulated industry

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred

• Supervisory experience with strong independent judgment skills

• Proficiency in project management

• Knowledge of quality engineering tools and statistical quality control techniques

• Familiarity with applicable domestic and foreign regulations

• Understanding of quality auditing techniques in FDA/ISO regulated environments preferred

• Familiarity with process validation techniques

• Basic understanding of sterilization processes

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 13485, and FDA CFR Part 820

• Greenbelt certification preferred; proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies required

• Familiarity with SAP/ERP Systems preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
