Main responsabilities:

•                    Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution practice) and medical device regulations in product distribution

•                    Identify, document, and investigate deviations, implementing corrective actions

•                    Establish and maintain a compliant quality management system

•                    Lead global QA teams within the Supply Chain

•                    Collaborate with various departments to improve quality outcomes

•                    Develop and advise on continuous improvement of quality processes

•                    Facilitate effective communication at all organizational levels

•                    Provide leadership in change management processes

•                    Offer technical direction to achieve company objectives

•                    Support QA operating budget preparation and management

•                    Oversee distribution complaints and provide guidance to providers

•                    Provide direction and oversight for distribution-related projects

•                    Develop supply chain strategies to support corporate objectives

•                    Partner with internal stakeholders to drive innovative solutions

•                    Ensure alignment with corporate initiatives, including ESG compliance.

 

Requirements:

 

•                    Cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization, emphasizing continuous improvement

•                    Set exemplary standards in quality, safety, and service

•                    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

•                    Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

•                    Proficient in change management techniques

•                    8-12 years of experience required, with 6 years in a Medical Device or Pharma Regulated industry and 4 years in a supervisory role

•                    Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred

•                    Experience in Supply Chain, Distribution & Supplier Quality Management, Quality Assurance & Control, including regulatory compliance

•                    Proficiency in EUMDR, ISO13485, GDP, and Continuous Improvement methodologies

•                    Skilled in developing relationships with internal partners and suppliers/contract manufacturers

•                    Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements

•                    Experience with multi-cultural teams and project management

•                    Familiarity with 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485:2016, EU MDR regulations, Lean, Six Sigma, and SAP/S-4 Hanna systems

•                    Strong technical knowledge in GDP regulations, medical device quality systems, and supply chain management, coupled with effective leadership and communication skills.

4500-5500 €/mon. gross
