Accountant

Responsibilities: 

• Processing and monitoring AP/AR invoices 

• Administrate purchasing system COUPA from accounting side 

• Controlling of company's fixed asset accounting 

• Company business travel accounting 

• Providing support to audit queries and ad-hoc requests 

• Performing other periodical accounting procedures, e.g. accruals posting, month-end task, submission of tax declarations to authorities 

• Continuously keep on improving systems (SAP, Coupa, etc.) and local law regulations knowledge to ensure the efficiency of accounting processes.  

• Actively participate in HPS/LEAN activities, initiate and follow KPI’s.  

• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and vendors, resolving various queries while maintaining high level of customer service 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economy or certificate in accounting is required 

• Accounting experience for a minimum of 5 years 

• Business travel and VAT accounting experience – advantages 

• SAP, Coupa and Navision experience – advantages 

• Good computer skills (MS Office - advanced user) 

• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands 

• Fluency in English

Salary:

2100-2800 euros gross

From 2100 euros gross (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
