Summary

The Director, IT Digital Partner is a senior technology leadership role responsible for partnering with enterprise business leaders to shape and deliver digital, data, and AI-enabled strategies that drive sustainable business outcomes. Reporting to the Vice President & Chief Information Officer, this role serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner across multiple value chains, ensuring technology investments are aligned with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and long-term enterprise architecture standards. The role leads multi-year technology roadmaps, oversees complex platform transformations, and fosters a digital-first, data-driven culture across a global, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Digital Partner to the International product and service businesses and functional leaders, aligning business strategy with technology outcomes and owning a multi-year technology roadmap.
  • Lead the implementation of standard, modern, and resilient Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM ecosystems and Five9 contact centers for the six International Service Businesses.   
  • Lead the standardization and modernization of infrastructure, applications, and tech stack, and establish shared services across the six International Service Businesses.
  • Standardize and advance the usage of SFDC, Marketing Cloud, Five9 contact center, and Azure Fabric / PowerBI analytics platforms across the International Product Business.
  • Own the reliable operations and continuous improvement of ERP, CRM, and Contact Center platforms supporting the International Service and Product Businesses, enabling efficient end‑to‑end business operations.
  • Build deep, trusted executive relationships and translate business goals into measurable digital and data-driven outcomes.
  • Provide strategic leadership to technology teams and business product owners, aligning platform and product roadmaps with business priorities.
  • Drive innovation through adoption of AI / Agentic AI, advanced analytics, and modern integration architectures.
  • Design and govern secure, scalable, and compliant enterprise architectures including cloud, edge, and partner integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with medical device and life sciences regulatory requirements including 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 27001.
  • Establish strong security, data governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in partnership with audit and compliance functions.
  • Own financial management, budgeting, and strategic vendor partnerships to ensure value realization and delivery excellence.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, positioning Global IT as a catalyst for change and business performance through “outside‑in” thinking and industry insight.

Essential Capabilities:

  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms, ERP/CRM systems, APIs, microservices, and modern integration patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Business Central), Power Platform, Azure, and Power BI.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital and platform transformations in regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing global technology teams.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an outcomes-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.

  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits (where applicable).
  • Adhere to company policies, including those related to ADA, data privacy, and ethics.
  • Maintain secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
  • Vision-setting and alignment with business strategy.
  • High-level decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Oversight of compliance, risk, and organizational culture.

Education & Work Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of related experience

Education & Work Preferences

• 15+ years of progressive IT experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership or enterprise platform roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital or enterprise platform transformations.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as life sciences, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven ability to manage complex, global stakeholder environments and executive relationships.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience driving digital transformation across ERP (Microsoft Dynamics), analytics, data, AI and customer experience platforms.
• Background in agile, DevOps, and modern product or platform operating models.
• Industry thought leadership, consulting, or transformation program experience.
• Global work experience and comfort operating across geographies and cultures.

• Ability to travel up to approximately 25% internationally

• Fluency in German is a plus

Total Rewards:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is £120,000 - £160,000, depending on experience or other legitimate business factors 
  • This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister discretionary Corporate Bonus Scheme
