​​The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive profitable global growth for the Continence Care (CC) portfolio. This role leads the creation of global brand and marketing plans and ensures the successful commercialization of new products in alignment with the broader CC business strategy. 

The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with regional business units, R&D, Operations, Clinical Research, Manufacturing, Health Economics, Insights & Analytics, and Clinical Education to ensure market-driven decision making. A central focus of the role is converting customer and clinical insights into compelling product positioning, launch strategies, and ongoing commercial excellence to support sustainable global revenue and margin growth.

Responsibilities: 

​​Brand and Portfolio Strategy 

  • ​Develop and maintain global marketing and brand strategies that ensure consistent market presence and long-term portfolio competitiveness across regions. 
  • ​Lead global campaign and program activation to support priority products and strategic initiatives. 
  • ​Partner with regional business units to ensure global brand coherence while enabling the localization of strategies, messaging, and materials. 
  • ​Serve as the voice of the user and clinician, ensuring that global decisions reflect real customer needs, clinical relevance, and the safety and performance expectations inherent to medical devices.

​New Product Commercialization 

  • ​Translate market insights, clinical feedback, and competitive intelligence into validated user needs and product requirements. 
  • ​Develop, manage, and update global launch plans throughout the SPRING stage gate process, ensuring clear justification for project advancement. 
  • ​Lead forecasting in partnership with regional teams and Finance to build robust financial models that guide business decisions. 
  • ​Create compelling global positioning, value propositions, and evidence-based marketing claims for new devices. 
  • ​Lead development of global launch campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. 
  • ​Support regional teams in tailoring and executing local launch strategies through the Go To Market process. 
  • ​Track and report post-launch performance, identifying improvement needs and coordinating corrective actions across markets.​ 

 

Essential Functions of the Role: 

  • ​​Ability to travel globally up to 30% to support cross-functional collaboration, market immersion, customer research, and product launch activities.​ 

 

Work Experience Requirements:

  • ​​10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or broader healthcare technology sector. 
  • ​Demonstrated experience leading medical device product launches.​ 

 

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, engineering, or a related technical discipline. 
  • MBA strongly preferred. 

 

Specialized Skills and Technical Knowledge: 

  • ​​​Proven relationship-building and communication capability across clinical, commercial, and technical teams.  
  • ​Strong project management skills. Prior experience navigating stagegate processes preferred.  
  • ​Deep understanding of medical device market dynamics, regulatory pathways, and clinical evidence requirements.  
  • ​Expertise in product launch planning and execution in regulated healthcare markets.  
  • ​Advanced analytical skills with strong competency in forecasting and financial modelling.  
  • ​Working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems and how policy influences commercial strategy.  
  • ​Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.  
  • ​Experience developing integrated marketing plans and global campaigns preferred.​

Local Specifications (English and Local Language): 

  • ​​Fluent written and spoken English required.  
  • ​Additional languages are a plus to support global collaboration.​

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is £65,670 - £103,195, depending on experience or other legitimate business factors

The expected base salary for this position is €75,750 - €119,000 per year. The actual salary varies depending on the applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities.
