Summary 
The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, delivering human resources solutions that align workforce capabilities, organizational objectives, and people strategies. This role provides advisory and operational support across employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, organizational effectiveness, change management, recruitment, onboarding, compensation processes, and employee engagement. The position collaborates with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional partners to enhance organizational performance, promote an inclusive and positive workplace culture, and drive continuous improvement of HR programs, policies, processes, and services. 
 
Responsibilities 
• Partner with leaders to implement people strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities. 
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational design, and talent matters. 
• Identify HR-related challenges and recommend solutions that support business performance and employee experience. 
• Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning activities. 
• Facilitate and support performance management, succession planning, career development, and talent review processes. 
• Deliver and support training, onboarding, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. 
• Lead or support change management, employee engagement, culture, inclusion, and recognition programs. 
• Collaborate with compensation, benefits, talent, legal, and other functional partners on HR initiatives and employee matters. 
• Analyze workforce data, prepare HR reports, maintain accurate HR records, and support data integrity within HR systems. 
• Interpret, communicate, and ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and programs. 
• Participate in local, regional, and global HR projects and support implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives. 
• Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. 
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and service delivery. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 
 
Essential Functions of the Role 
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms. 
• Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals. 
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives. 
• Maintain and analyze data using tools like Excel, SAP, or HRIS systems. 
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. 
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. 
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 
• Resolve inquiries and issues with professionalism and discretion. 
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits. 
• Adhere to company policies including ADA, data privacy, and ethics. 
• Maintain secure handling of sensitive information. 
 
Education & Work Requirements 
Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of related experience. 
 
Education & Work Preferences 
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. 
• Professional HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent). 
• Experience supporting global, international, manufacturing, corporate, or matrixed organizations. 
• Experience leading organizational change, employee engagement, culture, inclusion, or recognition initiatives. 
• Experience facilitating training, workshops, or leadership development programs. 
• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HRIS platforms. 
• Demonstrated expertise in succession planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. 
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, or related HR functions. 
• Knowledge of employment practices, workforce regulations, and HR policies. 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, consultation, and relationship-management skills. 
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems. 
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
