Winning tenders is critical for our Ostomy and Continence Care business in both Sweden and Finland. The Tender and Contract Manager is expected to have an in-depth understanding of the various tenders in Sweden and Finland, sets the strategy in alignment with Nordic Market Access Manager, Nordic leadership team and local sales and marketing team, develops deep relationships with key decision makers and execute with excellence to secure our tender portfolio has competitive positioning in coming and existing tenders.
The Tender and Contract Manager is also responsible for managing all tender contracts, the follow-up of tender contracts, tender contract-lifecycle management, establishing and developing service agreements and supplementary agreements in Sweden and Finland.
This role could be based either in Finland (Helsinki) or Sweden (Taby).
Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute and keep updated the Tender Strategy and tactical plan for Sweden and Finland in collaboration with the Sales Director Nordics, local Sales & Marketing team and Global Market Access team with the aim of securing optimal positions with our dual brand product portfolio within Ostomy and Continence Care on tenders.
• Responsible for continuously looking for optimization to maximize tender outcomes in Sweden and Finland and work closely together with different stakeholders in both countries to ensure that value propositions are part of the Go2Market plan as well as monitor the progress of this plan
• Establish tender objectives based on deep market understanding that effectively are driving the business
• Develop strategic and tactical plans for each tender and ensure effective cross-functional implementation.
• Responsible for managing all tender contracts, the follow-up of tender contracts, tender contract-lifecycle management, establishing and developing service agreements and supplementary agreements in both Sweden and Finland
• Develop critical relationships with key stakeholders within Sweden and Finland (including trade organization). And continuously strengthen our position as a strategic partner for key stakeholders within procurement.
• Proactively identify potential marketplace trends/barriers in Sweden and Finland regarding current and future ostomy and continence care products
• Support the business units on getting the product portfolio reimbursed at highest possible reimbursement level towards reimbursement authorities
• Provide marketplace surveillance on current and future ostomy and continence care markets, and access issues; monitor competitive landscape updates and analysis to Nordic leadership team and sales and marketing managers in both Sweden and Finland
• Develops a total value based approach and health economic acumen to support payer and other stakeholder interactions
• Participates in the Nordics and Global Market Access meetings as appropriate
Essential Functions of the Role:
• Must be able to travel within the Nordic countries and participate at internal & external local and international meetings
• Must hold a valid driving license
Work Experience Requirements
• Overall experience: 5-8
• Minimum of 5 years in comparable positions from Medical Device Industry/ Pharmaceutical Industry.
Education Requirements
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science or related area or equivalent experience

Local Specifications (English and Local Language):
Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish/Finnish and English is a requirement.
Salary & Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is EUR 70.973 – EUR 111.529 (Finland); SEK 611.281 - SEK 960.584 (Sweden). The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister HPM Scheme with potential to earn up to 10% of annual base salary.
