Responsibilities:

  • Ability to problem solve scheduling issues, scanning issues, and inventory discrepancies
  • Escalate unsolved issues for further investigation and resolution
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Safely operate a hand truck to move product
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks efficiently and adapt to changing work schedule as business needs require
  • Perform other duties as directed by Team Leader

 

Essential Functions of the Role:

  • Ability to be licensed by Hollister to safely operate fork lift, pallet jack, and electric pallet jack to place items on warehouse racks, transfer materials to production team drop off points, and load/unload trucks as needed
  • Perform inventory transactions through use of electronic systems with high attention to detail, calculating/converting units of measure, maintaining counts, accuracy and organization
  • Effectively build skids for air, ocean and over the road shipments according to all transit guidelines
  • Accurately prepare and package parcel shipments
  • Ability to accurately fill out, organize and file all documentation necessary to make shipments, inventory counts and other paperwork as needed

 

Physical Requirements of the Role:

  • Ability to constantly stand, bend over, crouch, kneel, reach, lean, pull, twist, walk and sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to look up for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 45 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to push and pull up to 500 pounds with a hand truck
