• Works towards and acquires the required skills to advance to a minimum of Level 3 in the SBP system with desire to progress to Level 4
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to complete basic maintenance responsibilities and trouble shooting.
• Responsible for assisting maintenance with and/or performing product changeovers on team processes.
• Understanding and application of TPI tools.
• Actively supports the team through commitment to Quality, Service, Cost and Safety.
• Dedicated to advance the team, demonstrating this through volunteering for and being successful in team rep roles, actively participating in team meetings and regularly using effective communication skills in giving/ receiving feedback to resolve conflict situations.
• Understands business and team metrics and how to read/interpret metric charts to sustain and improve business results.
• Able to be Process Certified on all certifiable processes.
• Conforms to all safety regulations and requirements.
• Performs other duties as directed by the Team Leader.
