Summary

Receptionist - Administrative associate responsible for the reception and minor administrative assignments

Responsibilities

Reception:

Service to internal and external customers

  • Answer telephones
  • Welcome guests, including registration and handing out guest cards
  • Take and distribute messages
  • Open and distribute incoming mail. 
  • Handle outgoing mail.
  • Responsible for purchase and administration of office supplies and business cards
  • Hotel and restaurant reservations

Filing

  • Destruction of documents and materials
  • Various ad hoc assignments

Essential Functions of the Role

  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and CRM systems.
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 15 pounds may be required.

Education & Work Requirements

  • HS/Secondary school with 1-2 years of related experience
