Summary:
A hands on and strategic role that provides full Human Resources support to the Hollister Brazil Business Unit. Responsible for the design, planning and implementation of HR programs, policies and procedures compatible with Hollister's Mission, Vision and People Strategy. Responsible for providing outstanding internal customer support, driving HR functional excellence and overall process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership
• Act as HR Business Partner to managers, providing support in all HR topics including hiring, exits, retention, compensation and organizational changes.
• Support execution of HR strategy, ensuring consistent delivery of core HR services (recruitment, performance management, merit/compensation cycles, development & succession planning).
• Collaborate closely with Centers of Expertise (Talent & Organizational Effectiveness, Total Rewards) and other functions including Legal on employee relations matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with leaders and Associates, promoting a positive and inclusive culture. - Be a trusted advisor to People Leaders in all aspects of HR
- Strategically implement key HR programs in alignment with global HR strategy, including Succession Planning, Development, Performance Management and Associate Experience Surveys
- Be a key member and contribute to the Brazil Leadership team
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Full responsibility for recruitment processes (A–Z), including application management, interviewing, offers and contracts.
• Train managers on interviewing techniques.
• Conduct onboarding and partner with Talent Acquisition for open positions.
Employee Relations & Performance
• Advise and coach managers and Associates regarding performance challenges and employee relations issues.
• Support improvement of working relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Ensure consistency in application of policies, procedures and disciplinary processes.
HR Administration
• Maintain accurate personnel files, contracts, data integrity and HR system updates (SuccessFactors, iConnect).
Manage all Benefit & Payroll processes: enrolment, changes and termination.
Maintain optimal relations with Service Providers (Payroll and Benefits)in order to get the best conditions for the company
• Ensure adherence to local labor law requirements and provide guidance in legal cases in partnership with Legal.
• Manage onboarding and separation processes, including exit interviews.
HR Development & Organizational Effectiveness
• Lead or support global/local HR initiatives (HPM, IDP, Succession & Development, Org. Survey, talent projects).
• Develop and implement HR processes and workflows for continuous improvement.
• Support training delivery, including performance management and cultural programs.
Collaboration & Global HR Projects
• Partner with global HR teams on HR programs, tools and global rollouts.
• Participate in local/global HR project teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Other
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Work Experience Requirements
• Number of Overall Years Necessary: 8-12
• HR Generalist / Business Partner experience
Education Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (required)
• MBA or Master's degree (preferred)

Annual Salary range: R$ 131,050.00 - R$ 205,935.00
