Working closely with Global Logistics leadership, Finance, Data Analytics, IT, and Supply Chain partners, you will lead the development of performance frameworks, cost analytics, budgeting and forecasting processes, activity-based costing models, and executive reporting capabilities that support strategic decision making worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage global logistics KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Drive logistics cost transparency, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Lead activity-based costing and cost-to-serve initiatives.
- Analyze logistics costs, volumes, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, and scenario modeling activities.
- Develop executive reporting and provide actionable business insights to leadership.
- Manage vendor performance scorecards and support business reviews, RFQs, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data Analytics, Procurement, Transportation, Warehousing, and Supply Chain teams to improve logistics performance globally.
- Support strategic logistics projects, network optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Approximately 10-15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or related operational environments.
- Experience in multinational organizations and global supply chain networks.
- Proven experience in logistics cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
- Experience with activity-based costing, cost-to-serve analysis, or similar methodologies is preferred.
- Experience supporting vendor management, tenders, and business reviews.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Experience working with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems; SAP experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel internationally (10-15%).
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A senior logistics professional with strong operational, analytical, and financial capabilities who can translate complex logistics and cost data into actionable business insights that improve service, productivity, and cost performance across a global logistics network.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is EUR 90.000 - EUR 120.000 annually. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors
