Summary:
Logistics Analyst is responsible for the planning, testing, and configuration of a particular SAP module(s) supporting a functional area or division of the company. Responsible for maintenance of the current system and assigned to projects of moderate complexity that typically have a site specific scope. Assist in staffing decisions, resolve performance management issues and train and develop Associates.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Process Lead in the analysis and decomposition of current business processes, gathering requirements perform scripting exercises, and the planning/design of the ERP system to support the business processes.
- Responsible for executing system unit and integration testing of business systems software. Includes performing the test, making changes in configuration based on results and error resolution. Also responsible for the coordination and testing of other business systems software areas outside of designated function (WM, SD, MM, PP…)
- Assist the Business Process Owner in the design of the business system software. Provide guidance in the overall configuration of the business systems software. Aid in the design of reports, forms, interfaces, custom programs and conversions.
- Responsible for developing and providing training to the end users of the particular module(s). Assist in the identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented.
- Provide project leadership for the design and development of reports, forms, interfaces and conversions related to Business System Software. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Interface with Domestic, Secure Start, International, Inventory, Receiving and Replenishment departments and Office in regards to processes, trouble shooting system issues, data mining and analysis, reporting, training and warehouse layout and slotting.
- Responsible for interpreting product specifications and drawings for all products within the Nashville Distribution Center. Ensures performance of country specific and Japan audits to determine product's adherence to specifications. Required to understand written specifications, application of applicable sampling plans, and the documentation of device history record requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ERP system functionality. Participate in system upgrades, configuration changes, and testing to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on logistics efficiency, cost savings, and service level enhancements.
Lead / coordinate changes thru standardized change control process across the organization - Project management.

Work Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of overall related experience.
- A minimum of 1-3 years working with SAP (or another comparable ERP system) at a technical design and development level
Education Requirements
- BS/BA in a business related discipline.
Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:
- Experience in writing accurate document specifications
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- A minimum of 2-years working knowledge of Production, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping and Inventory Management required.
- Previous experience with SAP’s Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), or Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO) required.
- Functional experience with SAP ECC/S4 desirable.
Local Specifications (English and Local Language):
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $70,000- $85,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
• This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan.
