Summary

The Sr IT Business Partner – Sales Enablement serves as the primary technology partner to Commercial and Sales leadership, owning the strategy, delivery, and ongoing management of AI‑enabled Sales Enablement tools. This role works directly with sales stakeholders to understand field needs, translate them into scalable AI training and enablement solutions, and ensure the applications are effectively adopted, governed, and continuously improved.

 

The role requires frequent engagement with sales leaders, enablement teams, and end users, combining strong relationship management with hands‑on ownership of AI applications that support sales training, coaching, and execution.

 

Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid work environment. Employees are expected to come into the office a minimum of 4 days per week. Sponsorship to work in the US is not available at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day‑to‑day management of AI Sales Enablement applications, including configuration, enhancements, releases, and vendor coordination where applicable while driving adoption of AI Sales Enablement tools through close collaboration with Sales Enablement, training, and change management teams.
  • Ensure applications are stable, secure, compliant, and scalable across sales organizations and regions.
  • Manage roadmap planning, prioritization, and demand intake in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular working sessions with business partners to identify opportunities where AI can improve sales training, readiness, and performance.
  • Translate business objectives and sales challenges into clear technology and AI enablement requirements.  Ensures that system configuration is consistent across Development, Test, and Production environments.
  • Ensures proper documentation and develops documentation related to business process design including high level business process overviews, detailed functional specifications, and visual aids such as business process flows. Maintains current documentation as processes evolve over time.
  • Trains business counterparts related to implementation of new business processes. Shares best practices on current business processes with business counterparts across the organization to assure effective and efficient usage of software applications. Secures commitment from testing resources in the business units, and communicates test execution and schedule.

  • Maintain secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting as needed.

Education & Work Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience

Education & Work Preferences

  • Experience working directly with sales teams, sales enablement, or commercial operations.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technology and AI solutions.
  • Experience with Sales Enablement platforms, CRM ecosystems, or AI‑driven training and coaching tools
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as machine learning–driven insights, simulations, or AI‑assisted coaching.
  • Solid expertise in desktop applications essential to the position including Visio for process flow diagrams, Excel and/or Access for large scale data analysis.
  • Experience supporting global or regional sales organizations with diverse training needs.
  • Strong presentation and training experience while being comfortable training small and large groups both in-person and virtually
  • Has ability to analyze business needs, identify viable alternative solutions, and present the business/technical impact of the solutions.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal communication skills including the ability to understand oral descriptions of complex business processes and technical content. Converses using common business vocabulary, avoiding technical jargon. Takes measures to test common understanding including paraphrasing and slowing their speech pattern.
  • Demonstrates strong written communication skills including the ability to document complex business processes and technical content using common business terminology. Uses visual aids like process flows or decision tables to supplement verbal explanations.

Our Total Rewards package in aggregate is above market and includes competitive pay, paid time off programs, peer-to-peer recognition, health and life insurance, wellness programs and incentives, and generous retirement savings.

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $132,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.​
  • This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan.
