Summary

The Senior Analyst, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP IBP solutions across supply and demand planning processes. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong analytical capabilities to ensure accurate planning outputs, optimized calculations, and seamless integration across enterprise systems. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient planning solutions while maintaining data integrity and system performance.

 

Candidates must be able to come into the office at minimum, 4 days a week.

We will only be considering candidates that currently reside within a commutable distance to one of the two following offices: Libertyville, IL or Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and maintain SAP IBP solutions supporting supply and demand planning processes.

- Develop and optimize planning areas, including planning levels, attributes, and key figure calculations.

- Ensure accurate aggregation and disaggregation logic across planning models.

- Analyze and resolve calculation issues, data inconsistencies, and system defects within IBP.

- Conduct root cause analysis and impact assessments for configuration and data changes.

- Monitor and maintain end-to-end data flows across integrated systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, IBP).

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align planning processes with business requirements.

- Validate data integrity through reconciliation checks and performance optimization initiatives.

- Support continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and system performance.

- Configure and manage IBP planning areas, including master data attributes and key figures.

- Design and maintain complex calculation logic across base and aggregated planning levels.

- Troubleshoot system and data issues using structured problem-solving approaches.

- Analyze integration points and resolve discrepancies between source systems and IBP outputs.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks.

- Optimize system performance in large-scale planning environments.

- Document system configurations, processes, and enhancements to support knowledge sharing and governance.

  • Maintain and analyze data using tools like Excel, SAP, or HRIS systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Adhere to company policies, including those related to ADA, data privacy, and ethics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Work Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience

Education & Work Preferences

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or SAP IBP environments.

- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP, including supply and demand planning modules.

- Strong understanding of planning data models, key figure calculations, and aggregation logic.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration.

- Working knowledge of SAP BW concepts and data structures.

- Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and technical teams.

- Experience with deployment and transport planning in IBP.

- Knowledge of advanced planning scenarios and optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with ABAP or debugging techniques for integration scenarios.

- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain-focused industries.

- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Benefits Statement

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $84,000 - $120,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.​
  • If applicable: This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Secure Start Bonus Plan.
