Summary:
The Project Analyst will support an enterprise-wide ERP system reimplementation program by managing the project life cycle, maintaining documentation, and controlling financials. The position helps oversee planning, contracting, budgeting, and vendor coordination and conducts feasibility analysis. The Project Analyst will use strategic insight and analytical skills to oversee progress by tracking of KPIs, evaluate and recommend priorities, allocate resources and initiate coordinating activities, and to provide recommendations for improvement of project management processes. Hollister Incorporated is operating in a hybrid-working environment.
Responsibilities
Part of the project team throughout the project life cycle
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports
- Control and maintain project contracts and financials
- Support the Senior project manager in efficiently identifying, documenting, and owning project issues ensuring they are appropriately resolved
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Ensure time reporting is completed by project team members on a timely basis
- Maintain documentation library for SAP S/4HANA implementation program. This includes management and changes for templates, meeting documents, and project deliverables including status reporting, training materials, schedules, etc
- Work with stakeholders to help define KPIs, goals and objectives
- Provide data-driven guidance to project team
Participate in project planning, contracting, budgeting, and overall strategy
- Support senior project manager in planning resources, budget and schedules effectively, for each stage of the project
- Evaluate project progress continually, ensuring project is on track with schedule, budget and scope
- Coordinate and facilitate vendor requests for proposals, statement of works and other vendor contractual elements to ensure project success
Completes feasibility analysis for proposed projects changes
- Analyze project data to identify trends and patterns including examining financial data, timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Assess the viability of a project change
- Evaluate project results and prepare a recommendation based on the assessment
- Support analysis between gate deliverables and complete monthly project status reports to ensure consistency
Monitor project progress
- Update dashboards regularly
- Track timelines
- Analyze project data and produce insights to optimize performance
- Propose relevant actions to improve project progress and performance
- Identify and escalate problems and shortfalls
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project and suggest ways to resolve them
- Monitor progress and alert project team in due time regarding potential missed targets
- Ensure that the project meets deadlines within budget and to the highest quality standards
Essential Functions of the Role

- Ability to anticipate and address potential issues, identify opportunities and make informed decisions to ensure project success
- Ability to connect with multiple suppliers and Hollister Associates across functions and geographies
- Read technical, analytical and project related documentation
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, Microsoft Project, Planview
- Mobility and able to travel
Work Experience Requirements
- Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing projects is required
- Experience in coordinating or administering larger projects is preferred
Education Requirements
- Bachelor in Project Management or equivalent related field of study preferred
