Join our team as the Program Director of Business Transformation and lead a global revolution in business processes and ERP system upgrades! You’ll drive the successful overhaul of our technology infrastructure, delivering a world-class setup with the cutting-edge SAP S4 HANA ERP system. Over the next 2-4 years, you’ll oversee an integrated program plan, ensuring seamless delivery, maintenance, and organizational integration. Key responsibilities include crafting and monitoring the project plan, governing and communicating progress, and acting as a business steward to ensure Hollister’s uninterrupted supply of high-quality medical devices. Responsibilities
- Program Management
- Lead the program core team in the execution of an integrated program plan across various work streams.
- Provide insight and experience to the Integrated Plan that encompasses processes, business transformation, and IT system readiness. Transformation to include process mapping, benchmark towards industry best practices, defining future state and gap assessment, developing standardized processes, and leading change.
- Actively manage key interdependencies among functions, processes, and business groups.
- Maintain and monitor team performance to the integrated plan. Identify dependencies and manage the critical path.
- Drive a high-performance culture for all by fostering innovation, personal accountability, and a commitment to results.
- Identify, mitigate, and highlight relevant risks to program sponsors and Executive Steering Committee.
- Support project managers and project teams to successfully achieve stated objectives.
- Conduct regular status updates with Program and Executive sponsors, facilitating discussion to obtain alignment on required decisions.
- Provide structured thinking to the project team on the overall planning and execution approach and delegate as appropriate, based on expectations established for members of the team.
- Establish and utilize best in class PM methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Lead the team in appropriate decision making through strong judgment, experience and the ability to analyze options and potential implications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with functional leaders and stakeholders to drive success of the program.
- Drive prioritization, transparency, concise communication and close collaboration between interdependent teams.
- Initiate projects to ensure success of overall strategic programs portfolio.
- Communicate effectively to all levels in the organization. Able to synthesis and summarize complex situations to highlight relevant areas for discussion or decision-making.
- Effective in working with a global team with conflicting priorities, including third parties.
- Effective in setting a clear direction and managing program through ambiguity.
- Governance
- Establish governance approach, including with Executive Steering Committee, to drive performance, accountability, and ownership across stakeholders and program.
- Develop and provide metrics to measure efficiency, effectiveness, quality of deliveries, and productivity of project teams, including internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct gap and root-cause analysis to determine performance issues, resolution, escalations and execute required projects.
- People Leadership
- Directly lead Project Managers, Business Transformation team, and Change Management teams
- Indirectly lead Process owners, IT system experts, and Project managers
- Drive activities to engage, develop and ensure work-life balance. Mentor and coach program team.
Essential Functions of the Role
- Ability to travel globally approximately 30-40% of time.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Ability to lead without direct authority and drive results with a global cross-functional team.
- Fluency in English language (verbal and written)
Work Experience Requirements
- Number of Overall Years Necessary: 8-12
- Strong track record in driving large and complex business transformation projects and ERP system integration projects, preferably in the medical industry.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required. MS, MBA, Engineering Degree or other advanced degree preferred.
- PMP certification highly preferred
Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge
- Large-scale program management experience
- Experience leading business transformation, particularly in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain
- Experience with ERP implementation, SAP S4/HANA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal), facilitation, and interpersonal skills, effective stakeholder management and communication across all levels.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies a plus

- The anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,433 - $252,109. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
- This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan. The Company also provides a unique Benefit of Employee Share Ownership Program (BESOP) program based on earnings and length of service.
