Summary:
The Global Product Manager, Hollister Ostomy will be responsible for driving execution of short-term global strategy and initiatives to grow Hollister’s Ostomy market share and product sales. This position will have a solid understanding of the global Ostomy market through close collaboration and partnerships with local marketing teams. The Global Product Manager will support the development of annual marketing/tactical plans which will also entail liaising with external vendors and managing marketing projects and initiatives from ideation through to completion and execution/follow-up. The Global Product Manager will have an integral role in the Global Marketing Organisation for Hollister Ostomy, supporting the wider team in identifying products and services needed, planning and executing product launches, executing marketing campaigns and supporting with various business-related projects. The Global Product Manager will also lead on wider marketing initiatives including in-depth collaboration with local Business Units, supporting local marketing organisations with adopting global strategies and tactics.
Successful candidates will be required to work 3 days a week from one of our Hollister offices in Libertyville (USA), ensuring consistent collaboration and team engagement. For the remaining days, you have the flexibility to work remotely. As such, it's essential for candidates to be based near a Hollister office within Libertyville to facilitate easy commuting. We believe this approach fosters a dynamic work environment while respecting the need for work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
Develop Global Hollister Ostomy Strategy – Upstream Marketing (in conjunction with GMM):
- Support the compiling of key goals and tactics, including segmentation and market analysis
- Provide input into the global Skin Health messaging strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, association and advisory board participants
- Support market and competitive research and clinician surveys
- Compile insights from macro and healthcare environment trends to inform strategy refinement
- Lead or contribute to global segmentation and targeting initiatives
Planning & Executing Global Hollister Ostomy Strategy – Downstream Marketing:
- Support execution of the Annual Marketing Plan and key tactical initiatives
- Consolidate and analyze sales data to distill marketing or commercial insights
- Liaise with external vendors to develop marketing and communication materials
- Collaborate with local marketing and GMO peers to deliver tools and messaging
- Collaborate with the Global Customer Experience lead to align on digital initiatives for the brand
- Collaborate with Clinical Education team to align on HCP education initiatives
- Support Business Units with product information for listings, registrations and tenders
- Partner with GCX team to shape and drive end-user engagement strategies and their execution
Develop, Monitor & Collaborate – General Marketing Activities & Projects:
- Lead Veeva approvals and associated processes for global marketing assets
- Own Hollister Ostomy space in the DAM system and maintain updates
- Represent global marketing team in global projects as required
- Provide ongoing support to local businesses (education, training, materials)
- Collaborate across the marketing team to drive cross-functional alignment
- Co-travel with sales and nursing to understand market and campaign execution
- Monitor the competitive landscape and share insights
- Lead reviews of claims matrices for clinical messaging and represent the brand within IEP
- Support planning and follow-up for clinical and customer events
Support for Critical Care (CCR) Portfolio – Marketing & Project Coordination:
- Provide responsive marketing support for the Critical Care (CCR) portfolio in collaboration with key functional teams
- Coordinate updates to CCR product information, sales tools, and digital materials as required
- Support local markets on CCR-related enquiries, field needs, or collateral requests as required
- Assist in managing smaller-scale CCR projects and initiatives through to completion as required
Finance Management/Budgets, Planning and Forecasting:
- Ensure activities are implemented within budget and on time
- Track marketing budget, raise POs, manage COUPA and invoice closures
- Capture data on new launches and conduct forecasting analysis
- Support supply and forecasting processes, including communications to local marketing
- Support demand forecasting for marketing initiatives in collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain
Work Experience Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience
- Medical Device marketing experience and previous knowledge/experience of the healthcare industry
- Core product marketing experience and capability including launch planning & follow-up
Education Requirements:
- Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree
- Marketing Qualification preferable

- Ability to effectively prioritise multiple demands, make good decisions and action promptly

- Good level of business maturity and experience in marketing

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,637 - $158,144 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
