Summary
This position will provide financial support and be a trusted business partner to Global Contract Manufacturing Team and Sourcing department. Primary activities include; forecasting processes, cost center management, monthly closing, variance analysis, creation of MMR presentation, support Strat Plan, rolling forecasting, plan creation, reporting and analysis and other ad hoc analysis.
Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid work environment. Employees are expected to come into the office a minimum of 4 days per week. Sponsorship to work in the US is not available at this time.
Responsibilities
Financial Business Support, Analysis and Reporting

- Prepare and develop financial reports (MMR, etc.) for Global Operations Management team
- Analyze expenses, providing consolidated explanations and insights for leadership
- Lead the consolidation and reporting process for Global Manufacturing Distribution and SG&A, while working closely with Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team to ensure alignment
- Conduct financial analysis and inquiry in partnership with the management team to interpret data, providing leadership and guidance in support of decision making that assists in meeting financial goals/targets
- Lead the Midyear and Annual Plan Processes for SG&A functions
- Prepare the Annual Plan, Midyear Review, and Strategic Plan financial requirements and presentations and present to senior management
- Complete internal/external audit requests
- Create and support new cost centers and BPC mapping
- Support the development of the Profit in Inventory percentages and inventory reserve calculation
Projects and Reporting

- Headcount tracking and reporting
- Lead budgeting and tracking M&D FFG spend and submit monthly reports
- Support internal financial consistency efforts and financial systems implementations
- Drive/Support process improvement initiatives
- Quarterly and yearly royalties reporting
Month-End Close Activities

- Complete FIFO and Standards Change calculations
- Complete monthly profit elimination calculations and analysis
- Complete month-end journal entries
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Coordinate globally with Plant Controllers to load variances in BPC and ensure tie-out with SAP & Corporate FP&A
- Review each plants month end submissions to SAP for accuracy

- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain secure handling of sensitive information.
- Travel frequently, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
Education & Work Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of related experience
Education & Work Preferences
- CPA or Master's degree in Finance preferred.
- Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Power Query, and other advanced analytics tools.
- Experience with SAP and BPC.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Ability to interpret financial data
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High-level of proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Cost Accounting Experience (preferred)

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
- This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan.
