Summary:
Are you passionate about creating seamless, personalized digital experiences that drive customer engagement and business growth? Hollister is seeking a Digital Lead; Web and Omnichannel Platform to own and lead our enterprise web and omnichannel platform. This role is responsible for platform operations, digital roadmap development, alignment with business goals, and realization of business value. You will drive the transformation of our digital platforms, delivering a unified customer journey across web, mobile, and contact center channels, and integrating cutting-edge technologies to elevate our brand experience.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the omnichannel digital experience strategy aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
- Champion a customer-first mindset across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency and personalization across web, mobile, and contact center channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to translate brand vision into scalable digital experiences.
Platform Ownership:
- Own the enterprise web platform and customer-facing digital channels, including mobile apps and Five9 contact center integrations.
- Lead the adoption of modern architectures such as MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) and composable systems.
- Drive platform modernization and migration efforts with minimal disruption to global operations.
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Deliver seamless, personalized experiences across all digital touchpoints.
- Integrate personalization engines, customer data platforms (CDPs), and journey orchestration tools to tailor experiences in real time.
- Use analytics and A/B testing to optimize conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
Innovation & Technology Leadership:
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI-powered chatbots, voice assistants, predictive analytics, and digital twins.
- Ensure platforms support accessibility, localization, and compliance with global standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Lead Agile product teams through iterative delivery cycles focused on continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee platform performance, uptime, and security across global markets.
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and domain portfolios.
- Ensure robust QA, change control, and documentation practices.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, platform performance, uptime, and security across global markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital product ownership, web architecture, and omni-channel platform leadership.
- Proven success in customer-facing industries (e.g., healthcare, healthtech, retail).
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences).
- Deep understanding of modern web architectures (MACH, JAMstack, SPA frameworks like React/Vue).
- Experience integrating contact center platforms (e.g., Five9), mobile apps, and digital commerce systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with personalization platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield), CDPs (e.g., Segment, Tealium), and journey orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C digital commerce models.
- Agile and DevOps certification or experience leading cross-functional Agile teams.

Our Total Rewards package in aggregate is above market and includes competitive pay, paid time off programs, peer-to-peer recognition, health and life insurance, wellness programs and incentives, and generous retirement savings.
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $142,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
- This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan.
