Summary
Intern for The Americas Business Unit. The position will be involved with Event Planning, Presentations to Leaders, and interfacing with Sales and Marketing Team Members.
Responsibilities
-Taking notes during meetings and developing action plans to coordinate events.
-Presenting information in small group settings using tools such as Poewerpoint and Excel.
-Taking guidance from and assisting the Senior Administrative Assistant and Vice President of The Americas Business Unit
Essential Functions of the Role
Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards.
Lead or support special projects aligned with departmental objectives.
Adhere to company policies, including those related to ADA, data privacy, and ethics.
Occasional lifting of materials up to 15 pounds may be required.
Education & Work Requirements
HS/Secondary school with 1-2 years of related experience
Education & Work Preferences
Must be actively seeking a Bachelors degree at a College or University.
