IT Strategy, Innovation & Governance Intern

Hollister is offering an IT Intern position to support the IT Strategy, Governance and Innovation team.  The position is designed for a detail-oriented, highly organized self-starter with strong communication, organization, problem-solving and interpersonal skills who is excited about challenges in learning new technologies and impacting positives changes within Hollister.

Hollister operates in a hybrid work environment. Attendance in the office, in Libertyville 3 days per week is required.

Responsibilities:

• Working together with IT Strategy, Governance and Innovation teams, provide support to on-going transformational activities.  Example activities could include participation in receiving and reviewing responses to RFPs as we evaluate new ways of working, working with Project Managers on delegated project management tasks, building transformational reporting dashboards using PowerBI, assigned project implementation tasks such as data gathering.  Where possible we will look for additional opportunities within Global IT to ensure as broad an experience as possible.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited program of study leading to a Baccalaureate or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Regular attendance is expected of all associates.  Reliable transportation to Hollister’s Libertyville headquarters is required.
• Must have taken at least two IT classes with a minimum grade of B.
• Basic proficiency in company standard office automation software
• Follows quality processes when handling assignments
• Possesses the basic computer, mathematical & statistical abilities

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. The actual rate is based on applicant's education & experience.
