Why This Role? This position is designed as a steppingstone to outside sales and territory management within the medical device industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop critical sales competencies, and position yourself for future advancement in a field-based role.
This position works out of our corporate office in Libertyville, IL and supports a region of the U.S. Hollister has an onsite requirement of 4 days in office at a minimum. At this time, we are not able to accommodate candidates with sponsorship requirements for this position.
Responsibilities
• Engage customers through phone and digital channels to promote healthcare products and services using a consultative approach.
• Support growth and retention through enrollment, follow-up, and education programs aligned to assigned territories or accounts.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clinicians, patients, and internal partners.
• Accurately document customer interactions, metrics, and insights in CRM systems.
• Coordinate sales activities with supervisors, territory managers, and regional leaders.
• Contribute market and customer feedback to cross-functional partners.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
• Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Act in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Essential Functions of the Role
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office to manage communications and reporting.
Education & Work Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience
Education & Work Preferences
• Experience in medical device, clinical support, or healthcare services environments preferred.
• Experience supporting acute or post-acute care markets.
• Demonstrated interest in career progression to field sales or territory management roles.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard office applications.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits Statement
Our Total Rewards package in aggregate is above market and includes competitive pay, paid time off programs, peer-to-peer recognition, health and life insurance, wellness programs and incentives, and generous retirement savings.
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $50,000 - $54,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
- This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Secure Start Bonus Plan.
