Summary:
The Ostomy Associate Product Manager-Secure Start Services is a member of the US Ostomy Marketing team which is dedicated to developing, executing and continuously enhancing both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Their mission is to grow legacy Ostomy product categories and services, drive clinical satisfaction and enrich the lives of customers who rely on our products. This role demands strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, the ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and a clear focus on achieving commercial success.

 

This position is located in Libertyville, IL with 4 days in the office at a minimum weekly.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Secure Start brand and ensure continuity across all customer-facing materials
  • Create Acute and Post Acute outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with inside sales team to effectively market 360' feedback program
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze outcomes and adjust as needed
  • Work closely with Inside AC Sales team to ensure strategic targeting and planning.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers for execution of product launches, discontinuations and other marketing operation’s needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strategy for Secure Start enrollments in the channel with necessary business partners.
  • Lead updates to Secure Start Service support materials
  • Monitor freight, sampling and updates to Secure Start sample formulary
  • Build trust with key cross-functional stakeholders including AC & PAC sales leadership, compliance, finance, and sales to ensure effective market planning and implementation
  • Support the implementation of annual marketing and service plans as they relate to Secure Start Services
  • Deliver key ideas to internal and external audiences at commercial meetings, sales training, events, and other forums as needed
  • Lead projects that drive business growth, support team success, and influence strategy
  • Oversee competitor activities within the market, inform internal stakeholders, and formulate strategic action plans to safeguard against product erosion
  • Understand and all aspects of competitive programs and establish selling strategies

 

Essential Functions of the Role:

  • Able to operate a computer and utilize standard office equipment
  • Travel: 40% domestically and internationally
  • Able to stand for long periods of time (e.g. for In-services, Product Training and Conferences)
  • Able to lift 35 pounds (for conferences, training, or meetings)

 

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 2-5 years working experience required
  • Product management, marketing, sales, or other commercially focused experience are desirable

 

Education Requirements:

  • University Degree (Equivalent to bachelor’s degree) in marketing, business, or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (Salesforce) a plus.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation systems (Pardot) a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Advanced level skills required.

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $64,000 - $102,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.​
