Summary

Intern for The Americas Business Unit. This position will require extensive work in excel as well as working in an office enviroment with other people four out of five days per week. This role will offer a unique opportunity to interface with muliple levels of leadership of an international Business Unit as well as work in a corporate headquarters of a multi-national medicial device company.

Responsibilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling

- Capability to effectively extract or collect data and information from various sources for data modeling

- Analytical thinking to assess business performance and summarize key findings from financial data

-Taking notes during meetings and developing action plans to coordinate events.

-Presenting information in small group settings using tools such as Poewerpoint and Excel.

-Taking guidance from and assisting the Senior Administrative Assistant and Vice President of The Americas Business Unit

Essential Functions of the Role

Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards.
Lead or support special projects aligned with departmental objectives.
Adhere to company policies, including those related to ADA, data privacy, and ethics.
Occasional lifting of materials up to 15 pounds may be required.

Education & Work Requirements

HS/Secondary school with 1-2 years of related experience

Education & Work Preferences

Must be actively seeking a Bachelors degree at a College or University. Preferably in Business, Accouting, or Finance.

This is a paid position based on current year in College. Ranging from $21-$25 per hour.
