Responsibilities:
- Participate in project activities, represent the training group, and complete project tasks related to the training process.
- Collaborate with local and global project teams in transferring machinery, technologies, and knowledge from the Danish factory to the Lithuanian factory at the same time improving machine instructions, standard work procedures, training instructions and training plans.
- Ensure the implementation of project life cycle phases.
- Ensure that associates achieve the required competencies outlined in their job descriptions.
- Responsible for document administration within the document management system.
- Ensure compliance of the training process with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, manage, and adjust training programs and documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts and supervisors.
- Identify training needs within company departments in cooperation with subject matter experts.
- Assist teams during internal and external audits by ensuring that prepared documents are in the appropriate locations and are organized.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in management, administration, technology or related field
- Work experience in a training and/or production-based environment
- Training experience working in the field of quality assurance – preferred
- Experience in leading projects – preferred
- Effective time management skills
- Good communication, documentation skills
- Being a team player
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian
