Summary:

The Sr. Security Intelligence and Travel Safety Analyst plays a key role in protecting the Company’s people, assets, and operations globally. This role monitors global security intelligence platforms and physical security systems, assesses emerging risks, and delivers timely intelligence products, travel safety analysis, briefings, and reports for corporate travelers at all levels.

The analyst partners closely with the Global Security team and internal and external stakeholders to maintain a proactive, risk-aware security posture and ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place. The role also supports the development of security and travel risk standards, policies, procedures, and controls to protect all Associates, assets, and operations.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Use risk intelligence platforms and open-source sources to monitor geopolitical, security, health, and environmental risks impacting personnel, operations, and supply chains.
  • Contribute to the further development of the Company global travel risk management plans and policies into a first-class travel safety program.
  • Conduct pre-travel risk assessments and provide destination-specific guidance to travelers of all levels.
  • When required, provide travel security briefings and training travelers on potential risks and safety procedures and personal security practices.
  • Monitor global security situations and events affecting employee safety globally (geopolitical issues, natural and human-caused disasters, medical emergencies, etc.).
  • Ensure that all travel security activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Track travel patterns, security incidents, and other relevant data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of security programs.
  • Monitor risk intelligence and travel safety technologies and best practices.
  • Track and report security and travel safety KPIs and trends.
  • Support protection of company intellectual property through insider risk data analysis.
  • Provide technical and analytical support for security and personnel investigations.

 

Requirements:

  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 5-8
  • 5 years relevant experience, ideally with a minimum of 3 years in Security or Program Manager role with a global company.
  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in a field that requires analyzing data and information; professional security certification preferred.
  • Ability to work, engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Risk Intelligence and Travel Risk Management platforms and Access Control Systems, and CCTV systems.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Salary:

2800-4100 €/mon. gross
