Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage plant supplier relationships to support continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and supply chain continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance, implement corrective actions, and escalate major issues to Global Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Quality when needed.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Quality, and Operations to ensure material specifications meet plant and supplier capabilities.
• Support Global Strategic Sourcing goals by representing plant needs and driving cost-saving initiatives through RFQs and negotiations.
• Engage corporate resources as necessary (e.g., legal, direct/indirect sourcing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and operational activities.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of supplier development/relationship experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar MRP systems and document control tools.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Knowledge of Buyer/Planner and Quality functions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• CPM, CPSM, and/or APICS preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• English and Lithuanian required.
