Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for applications, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; configure and troubleshoot equipment
  • Act as the single point of contact for associates’ IT inquiries
  • Follow established procedures and use an incident management system to log, track, and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain communication with users via phone and email, ensuring timely follow-up and SLA compliance
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed
  • Create and maintain support documentation for end-user technologies
  • Stay up to date with emerging industry trends and identify new capabilities to meet business needs
  • Maintain strong knowledge of business processes and IT systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for Service Desk operations
  • Apply a structured, customer-focused approach to troubleshooting and decision-making

 

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of IT or customer service experience
  • Associate's degree / diploma in IT, or 5 years of progressive experience with a high school diploma
  • Associate degree or diploma in an IT-related field; certifications like Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, Security+ are a plus
  • Technical knowledge of PC hardware/software, handheld terminals, and multifunction printers
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/TCPIP network topology
  • Ability to read technical manuals and procedural documentation
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment
  • Experience with Service Desk processes and ticketing systems
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • MS Office 365 experience is a plus

Salary

2300-3400 €/mon. gross
From 2300€/gross after assessing your competencies and work experience.
