Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the Dynamics CE system to ensure optimal performance
• Implement new solutions aligned with business needs and objectives
• Customize, configure, and integrate the system to meet requirements
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee the full system lifecycle, from design to deployment of updates
• Manage system upgrades and enhancements to keep it current
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and configurations
• Collaborate with Architects, Consultants, and Developers on solutions
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed
• Analyze complex technical challenges and develop scalable solutions
• Implement troubleshooting procedures for efficient issue resolution
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and share insights

Requirements:

• 5–8 years overall, with 5+ years in implementing, customizing, configuring, and managing Dynamics 365 CE
• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field
• Expert-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certification
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, architecture, and enterprise-level capabilities
• Experience with Azure services, cloud-based solutions, and software architecture
• Hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and extending Dynamics CE
• Experience with Power Apps (Portals, Model-Driven, Canvas), Dataverse, and Power Automate
• SQL Server expertise with custom reports using SSRS and FetchXML
• Proficiency in .NET Framework (4.5+), WCF, Web API, and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and C#
• Strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in solution packaging, deployment, and Dynamics CE environment management
