Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Dynamics CE system to ensure optimal performance
- Implement new solutions aligned with business needs and objectives
- Customize, configure, and integrate the system to meet requirements
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee the full system lifecycle, from design to deployment of updates
- Manage system upgrades and enhancements to keep it current
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and configurations
- Collaborate with Architects, Consultants, and Developers on solutions
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed
- Analyze complex technical challenges and develop scalable solutions
- Implement troubleshooting procedures for efficient issue resolution
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and share insights
Requirements:
- 5–8 years overall, with 5+ years in implementing, customizing, configuring, and managing Dynamics 365 CE
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field
- Expert-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certification
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, architecture, and enterprise-level capabilities
- Experience with Azure services, cloud-based solutions, and software architecture
- Hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and extending Dynamics CE
- Experience with Power Apps (Portals, Model-Driven, Canvas), Dataverse, and Power Automate
- SQL Server expertise with custom reports using SSRS and FetchXML
- Proficiency in .NET Framework (4.5+), WCF, Web API, and object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and C#
- Strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in solution packaging, deployment, and Dynamics CE environment management
