We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This role is pivotal in helping build our digital transformation and ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of our global IT infrastructure. You will manage complex systems, and support enterprise operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor cloud and on-prem infrastructure including virtual machines, physical servers, storage, with a focus on Performance and security standards.
- Plan and execute hardware/software upgrades while creating and maintaining knowledgebase documentation, procedures and policies.
- Manage user accounts and security permissions
- Provide escalated technical support via ITSM tool.
- Support backups, and disaster recovery
- Support data centre and server room security
- Provide on-call support and administer enterprise systems
- Work on SQL Database administrative tasks
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or systems administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related field.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience supporting a global enterprise environment.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and cloud security practices.
- VMware and SAN technology deployment
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Support Active and Azure Active directory processing
- Azure Cloud services: VM deployments
Preferred Technical Expertise
- Azure Administrator Associate Certification, or equivalent are a plus
- Backup Processing administration
- SQL Database administration
- Azure Cloud and M365 services: database integration and portal operations.
Communication Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Salary
3100-4600 Eur Gross/month
