Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate effective and timely follow-up on all supplier quality issues
- Liaise with product support teams on material quality issues and supplier initiative
- Responsible and lead investigations and problem solving of raw materials with plant personnel, other plants and/or suppliers
- Provide guidance to Incoming inspection associates to include statistical analysis, measurement techniques and documentation
- Support implementation raw materials test methods, test equipment installation, cost saving or other initiatives
- Support new supplier qualification or existing supplier evaluation initiatives when required
- Conduct vendor and plant quality system audits as required
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Supplier Management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Natural Sciences, or IT (Master’s preferred)
- Preferred experience in medical device manufacturing (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Quality Management System auditing experience
- Preferred experience in Supplier/Material Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Excel)
- ISO 13485 Lead Auditor Certification
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian

Salary
2500-3300 €/mon. gross
Salary from 2500 (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
