Responsibilities:

Own and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, throughput, and safety.
Lead root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions using structured problem solving tools (8D, DMAIC, A3 etc.)
Monitor process KPIs and use data to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure safety compliance of manufacturing process equipment.
Act as the technical lead on new process introduction projects, collaborating with project, quality, operations and technicians teams

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electornics, Mechatronics or related discipline)
4+ years of professional experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies.
Competence with CAD tools
Understanding of process capability, SPC and data analysis
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in English and Lithuanian

2800-4100 €/mon. gross
Salary from 2800 (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
