Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of production equipment and facility systems. It integrates reliability engineering, maintenance optimization, facilities management, and cross-functional collaboration to support stable manufacturing operations and continuous improvement. The role focuses on maintenance strategy development, data-driven performance analysis, infrastructure system oversight, and adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize maintenance and reliability processes.
  • Lead predictive and preventive maintenance initiatives aligned with best practices.
  • Administer and develop CMMS data, maintenance plans, and KPIs.
  • Analyze equipment failures, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and support facility systems including utilities, HVAC, compressed air, and environmental systems.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and support teams to improve equipment performance and plant operations.
  • Prepare and monitor maintenance and facility-related budgets, documentation, and reports.

  • Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
  • Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
  • Maintain and analyze data using tools like Excel, SAP, or HRIS systems.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Adhere to company policies, including those related to ADA, data privacy, and ethics.
  • Maintain secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
  • Vision-setting and alignment with business strategy.
  • Oversight of compliance, risk, and organizational culture.
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 15 pounds may be required.

Education & Work Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience

Education & Work Preferences

  • 3–5 years of industry experience in manufacturing (medical device, pharma, food, automotive) preferred.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, predictive and preventive maintenance, TPM, and technical documentation.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and teamwork capabilities.
  • English and local language proficiency preferred or required depending on location.
