Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, throughput, and safety.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions using structured problem solving tools (8D, DMAIC, A3 etc.)
- Monitor process KPIs and use data to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure safety compliance of manufacturing process equipment.
- Act as the technical lead on new process introduction projects, collaborating with project, quality, operations and technicians teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electornics, Mechatronics or related discipline)
- 4+ years of professional experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies.
- Competence with CAD tools
- Understanding of process capability, SPC and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian

Salary from 2800 (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
