Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Incoming and Supplier Quality Teams.
  • Identify, initiate, and respond to CAPAs, conducting investigations and implementing solutions Lead change management and risk assessment for raw material quality.
  • Provide project leadership for implementing continuous Quality improvement projects.
  • Support internal and external audits and participate in the Internal audit program.
  • Provide Quality metric reporting.
  • Provide leadership and resources for raw material inspection, verification and release of finished goods into distribution.
  • Develop and advise on QMS and plant procedures, supporting global quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a plan for the professional development and coaching of all direct reports.
  • Foster a quality-focused culture by developing and delivering ongoing training programs.

Requirements:

  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 5-8.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an ISO and/or FDA Regulated industry in Quality Engineering/ Assurance role including people management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in people management role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Science, Engineering or other related discipline.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 13485 and FDA CFR Part 820.
  • Knowledge of quality auditing techniques in FDA/ISO regulated environment preferred.
  • Greenbelt certification preferred with knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access), especially Excel.
  • English and Lithuanian language required.

Salary:

2800-3600 €/month (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
