Responsibility
- Leads medium/large change projects, including design change projects, to sustain and improve Operations
- Coordinating the activities of global functions across the company such as clinical, regulatory, and stability.
- Use systematic techniques to create, support, and manage the development of project goals, schedules, and tasks.
- Monitor project progress to anticipate risks and develop solutions before they become critical
- Actively participate on cross-functional team and supports the completion of team deliverables
- Communicate effectively and review project milestones with key stakeholders as applicable
- Supports management in establishing goals and strategies
- Support Local Change Control Board meetings and the Change Control process as required
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the medical devices sector
- Formal Production / Engineering Qualifications (Bachelor’s degree) or similar proven related work experience and/or degree
- Proven track record in project management and project leadership; capable of working independently
- Demonstrates working knowledge of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in accomplishing well-defined tasks
- Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate relevant technologies and processes to others in the technical group and provide project updates to non-technical key stakeholders
- Previous knowledge or experience in bonding technology, polymer film processing and material testing is preferred
- Familiarity with Regulatory and Biosafety aspects of medical devices design and development is preferred
- Very good English language skills

Salary:
2500-3200 €/mon. gross
Salary from 2500 (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
