Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the Production function to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimal use of people, materials, and capacity.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.
  • Deliver operational excellence through strong performance in Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost.
  • Accountable for operational performance and achievement of Should Cost Business Plans.
  • Ensure effective Health & Safety systems, culture, and compliance.
  • Lead daily production reviews and KPI-driven performance management.
  • Foster a Continuous Improvement culture and drive Hollister Production System (HPS) implementation.
  • Coach and develop Manufacturing Supervisors and support employee development plans.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support world-class manufacturing practices.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams, customers, suppliers, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication, issue escalation, and operational governance through tiered meetings.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 5-8 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience and strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change and driving operational performance.
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Solid business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems.
  • Experience with automation technologies, robotics, PLCs, vision systems, and manufacturing processes.
  • Medical Device or other FDA-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
  • MBA, Master's degree, Lean Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certifications are an advantage.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
