Responsibilities:

• Conduct Cost & Capacity analysis and manage Capital & Capacity files
• Plan and execute strategic projects, ensuring metrics with R&D, Quality, and Operations.
• Lead multi-functional teams, mentor associates, and delegate leadership assignments.
• Drive Project Life Cycle tools, approve engineering documentation, and track progress using metrics.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial justifications for projects.
• Communicate strategic plans, deliverables, and project status across all functions.

Requirements:

• Number of Overall Years Necessary: 8 -12
• 5-8 years’ experience in project management 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Master’s Degree Preferred
• Work experience of engineering, project management and progressive management
• Demonstrated Leadership & Coaching ability in a manufacturing environment with strong collaboration skills required
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) at all levels within the organization including public speaking and presentations
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback at all levels within the organization
• English and Lithuanian languages required.

Salary

4400-6000 €/mon. gross
From 4400 (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
