Responsibilities:
- Technical implementation of one or more of the following LIMS, RIMS, QMS, CAPA, Product labelling, documentation management, audit tracking tools
- Use of best practice options with PLM and ERP plus multi-source data models via Cubes / Data Lake, PowerBI, embedded analytics, AI & Machine Learning
- Connecting Core and Edge systems – such as connections with Regulatory management, Quality management, external planning and warehouse management systems
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for process enhancements, assesses implementation and maintenance costs, manages the departmental budget, and monitors financial performance against the approved plan
- Lead complex process changes and system enhancements, balancing resources and budget to ensure the application meets user requirements and project cost expectations
- Participate in the IT portfolio planning process by leading business needs discussions, prioritization of needs, and business case development
- Provide oversight of test strategy and execution to assure technical design meets functional requirements
- Collaborate with business counterparts to assess training needs and shares best practices on current processes to ensure effective and efficient use of software applications
- Analyze business needs, bring market knowledge, identify viable alternative solutions, and present the business/technical impact of the solutions
Requirements:
- Number of Overall Years Necessary: 8-12
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related business function – R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs
- A minimum or 7 years of experience business process analysis and design with any PLM solution, SAP (or another comparable ERP Package), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), CAD, Product Labelling, Digital Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems
- BS/BA , or equivalent business experience in a business related discipline
- MBA or advanced degree desirable
- PMI or Agile certification preferred
- Any Six Sigma / Lean skills can drive efficiency and speed to market
