Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Maintenance team, driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Define and execute the site maintenance strategy, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
- Establish and maintain the CMMS system, including maintenance plans, asset data, and related documentation.
- Drive preventive and reliability-focused maintenance practices through PM, TPM, and RCM methodologies.
- Support production by managing equipment breakdowns, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and work instructions in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with Production and Supply Chain teams.
- Manage relationships with external service providers and spare parts suppliers, including supplier evaluation and contract support.
- Optimize spare parts inventory to ensure equipment reliability and cost-effective operations.
- Prepare and manage the annual Maintenance budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years professional experience.
- 2 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Bachelor’s degree – Engineering, Technology or Science disciplines.
- Leadership experience in a team based environment.
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance, Lean & Six Sigma.
- Experience with FMEA, RCFA and other failure investigation and root cause analysis problem solving methodologies.
- Experience with manufacturing Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) / Enterprise asset management (EAM) systems, and shop floor data acquisition.
- Experience with SAP and MP2 desired.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
- Advanced skills with MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
- Familiar with Predictive Maintenance Methodologies; Vibration, Thermal, Ultrasound and Oil Analysis.
- English and Lithuanian language required.

Salary:
3200-5000 €/mon. gross
From 3200 euros gross after assessing your competencies and work experience.
