Responsibilities:
- Design cost-effective processes and equipment aligned with project budgets.
- Implement process designs, including prototyping, testing, modifying, and commissioning.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes through observation, work sampling, and throughput analysis; collaborate with engineers, vendors, and operators.
- Create visual Standard Work instructions and optimize workloads to match operator capabilities through simplification and standardization.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives through improved efficiency and reduced IDL.
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes by analyzing product requirements and researching, designing, or modifying equipment and methods.
- Ensure product and process quality through test method design, capability testing, and standard establishment.
- Prepare product/process reports by gathering and analyzing performance data.
- Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repairs per procedures.
- Possess strong knowledge of MRP systems, BOM structures, and change control processes.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives and maintain revision-controlled technical documentation.
- Review and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for assigned product lines.
Requirements:
- Number of Overall Years Necessary: 7-10.
- Engineering work experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Chemical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Environmental Studies, or Physics) is required; Master’s Degree preferred. - Strong Technical knowledge. Electrical systems, PLC programming, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Product Development, Presenting Technical Information, & CAD knowledges preferred.

Salary:
3100-4100 Eur/month Gross
From 3100 euros gross (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
