Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate manufacturing engineering activities across multiple projects

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety

  • Identify and resolve complex production process issues through root cause analysis

  • Act as the technical lead on new process introduction projects, collaborating with design, quality, and operations teams

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians

  • Support budgeting, capital project planning, and justification for process improvements

  • Ensure safety compliance of manufacturing process equipment and support the closeout of risk assessments

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Automation, or a related field)

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

  • Ability to lead and manage teams and projects

  • Proficiency in English and Lithuanian
