Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects related to capacity, new products, and cost reduction involving highly automated equipment.
- Prepare User Requirements (URS), Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Capital Approval, conducting Design reviews (FMEA tools).
- Design and specify electrical and control systems for automated manufacturing equipment
- Support equipment/process qualification and ensure quality compliance.
- Ensure safety compliance of control systems and support risk assessments.
- Drive cost reductions through data-based improvements (cycle time, scrap, automation)
- Collaborate with mechanics to resolve production and equipment issues by addressing root causes.
- Provide training and mentoring to broaden controls skills.
- Reduce machine downtime and inventory carrying costs using reliability centered maintenance.
Requirements:
- 7 - 10 years’ work experience in engineering.
- Work experience in batch type process, commissioning & Debug of highly automated equipment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline, Electrical, Electronic, Controls, Programming, or related field preferred. Master’s Degree Preferred.
- PLC machine control & Operator Interface Electrical controls – maintenance & design
- CAD skills – elect drafting/ panel design skills.
- Project Management skills, Vision Systems, Servo systems, Industrial Networks (Profibus etc).
- English and Lithuanian language required.

Salary:
3500-4600 €/mon. gross after assessing your competencies and work experience.
