Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (design specs, test plans, operational procedures).
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance of solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems (Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI) for seamless data flow and functionality.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE to align with business needs, including forms, views, dashboards, and access control.
• Develop web resources (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and client-side scripts to enhance the user interface.
• Design and develop technical architecture, including authentication, business logic, and workflows, followed by thorough testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, including customization, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficient in developing custom solutions, integrations, and web certifications).

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience, with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CE customization, implementation, and deployment.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules, customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong experience with Azure services, cloud-based solutions, and managing integration components.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, with other relevant certifications.
• Experience in .NET Framework, WCF/Web API, C#, AL, and OOP concepts.
• Deep knowledge of Dataverse, including plugins, custom APIs, Web API, and OAuth.
• Familiarity with Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Entra ID, and release management processes.
